  Just got back from my hearing exam. Both Tara and Jasmine are very kind and helpful. The reception area and testing rooms are immaculate. They both explain in detail what they can do for you and the cost of hearing aids and what your insurance covers. And there is no pressure. Thanks to these two professional ladies, it was a very pleasant and informative experience. I will definitely be going here for my hearing needs.

  Went in in July of 2021 to try new hearing aids because it had been 5 years since new hearing aids. In my judgment, Kathryn, is the best I have used at Connect Hearing over the 20 + years I have been going to the Northwest hwy location. Professional, smart, and enthusiastic about helping to to make the best hearing possible for me. Great at explaining hearing test and what it meant to me. Probably will not be there long though because she will be promoted to bigger things. Have been going to Connect Hearing on Northwest Highway since 2004 and the personnel has changed over the years and some have been better than others. However, all seemed genuinely interested in providing the best service and address my issues. The current audiologist, Dr. Bishop, is excellent! Very smart and if you want to understand why something works or will not work for you, she will put it in simple language and explain it. Very professional.
