  Absolutely the worst dentist experience I've ever had. First visit I was given the most condescending speech I've ever gotten. The cleanings were fine at best. I was recently sent by the ER to get a dentist appointment and I cannot get them to return my calls. I will not be going back. I never had a fear of dentist but now its just a frustration.

  First of all the dental work was ok. We had to move and I went to the office to talk to the office manager and told her about was going on. I didn’t get the rest of my dental work done and I paid already paid 8,000, so she said yes they could and was going to send me a little over a 1,000. Never got that and still taking money out. I called a told her that I thought she was going to stop and and send me the text message that she had emailed me. Well never got that and she said the money they took out they would send me. She didn’t do that and told out money again.

  They left a tooth fracture in my mouth and now I have a abscess in my mouth also... Don't go to them... And they will not return any of my phone calls

Without first completing an exam and X-rays, there is no way for a patient to know what type of cleaning is needed. When I asked for clarification, I was told that cleanings could cost up to $1,000, with payment plans available. This makes the advertised $59 offer feel extremely misleading. Realistically, most people using a coupon like this are likely uninsured or trying to manage costs, not prepared to be upsold into a four-figure service. This came across as a classic bait-and-switch tactic. The low-cost offer brings patients in, but there is a strong implication that it will not actually apply once they are in the chair. I was genuinely excited to come in based on the promotion, but after this experience, I chose to cancel my appointment.
