  If you value your time , i don’t believe this is the best yoga studio to choose when you weigh your options . When i first decided to book with them i had to wait a week for them to answer there phone to get a booking , that was an immediate red flag to me , but i kept trying and someone ended up answering the phone and booked me for a free session , At first glance it wasn’t my type of atmosphere but i settled anyway , i did enjoy the class , teacher was great , outside of that the energy in the atmosphere was off , since i loved the class i seen my self doing it frequently just not with the commitment so i stayed back and asked questions about it , and they told me to call or come up there if i wanted to book a class . Okay so today is Wednesday and decided that i wanted to do a class i paid for the 3 for $36 , but i didn’t know you had to select a location and accidentally did it for the heights , i called both locations and neither answered the phone , i called several times cause i thought maybe they are just busy. Mind you both locations had the heated class i wanted but only this location had 1 spot left. So i called them over and over no answer and even left a message to both locations , but i called cypress because its near my house and they have the ability to switch it over . No answer at all and honestly that’s unprofessional, it made me remember how when i tried to get a class with them the very first time i had to wait a week for them to answer the phone . mind you i remember speaking to a lady on Monday and she told me i could call , They have hrs on the website that they are open for the hours they have up , So i drove up there, mind you at this point some one book the class , now im feeling inconvenienced and ignored , When i went up there the business was closed ( this is about 3 something pm btw , i was making the calls around 2 pm ) and i seen 2 people stuff in the cubby , but the room door where they have ongoing classes was open and no one in the front , confused on how they were closed and they have business hours that state they are open. About 10-15 mins later i seen a woman walk in and didn’t care to bother because the heights got back to me about a refund that i asked for and i thought to repurchase the 3for 36 pack at this location but honestly it’s not worth putting my money into anything that inconvenience my time , if they did it twice they’ll do it again . And it’s not my thing. If yoga is saturated around mind and body they should have open communication about the times or why they aren’t answering the phone , being intentional about mind and body is also understanding not being fluent enough can trigger an anxious reaction from a place that work to calm it , i expected better and got exactly what i felt when i first entered the atmosphere.

  Did the mobility class as my first time at this studio! 10/10!!!! super fun, instructor Kelly was super sweet and the person who checked me in was also very sweet and welcoming. WILL BE BACK!! <3

  Great class! I did the slower paced yoga class and it was the perfect pace for someone who hasn’t done a class in a long time. Morgan was a great instructor and the studio was sparkling clean. The room was heated to about 90 degrees so it was perfect to break a sweat.
