  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I arrived on time for my appointment, yet I was left waiting over 20 minutes with no communication or apology. On top of that, they tried to pressure me into getting new X-rays even though my previous X-rays were taken less than six months ago. When I questioned the need for additional X-rays, they continued pushing for them and ultimately refused to perform my scheduled teeth cleaning because I declined. Another concern is the constant staff turnover. Over the years, I’ve had three different hygienists, which makes the office feel very inconsistent and unorganized. Overall, the experience felt more focused on upselling services than patient care. I’ll definitely be finding a new dentist.

  I love this dentist office. I want to say a special thank you to Jen, Stephanie the treatment coordinator, Ali, and Dr. Maredia and Aleydis . All of these individuals were so kind and loving. They made experiences the best dental experience ever in my 53yrs.

  I scheduled a routine cleaning that is fully covered by my insurance and confirmed this in advance. At the appointment, I was told I would need to pay a deductible tied to a previously suggested deep cleaning, which I had already declined. Despite clearly stating that I only wanted the covered cleaning, the receptionist refused and attempted to defer the decision to the hygienist. Denying a covered preventive service while trying to steer patients toward more expensive treatment raises serious concerns about billing practices. Patients should be able to receive the services their insurance covers without being pressured into additional procedures. In addition, I took time off from work and confirmed what type of appointment I want before I got that. This is unethical. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and confirm everything in writing before visiting this office.

  My nurse Stephanie T was so lovely so kind and compassionate. She needs a raise and should be the highest paid person in there. My doctor Peter Kim was very informative, transparent patient and understanding to my sensitive situation would highly recommend Small Avenue if you have been previously traumatized or scarred by previous dentist or dental work!!

  I had the most pleasant teeth-cleaning experience with the people at Smile Dentistry. My hygienist was Ms. Ivy. She was great: welcoming, kind, patient & skilled. Dr. Kim was to the point, direct & considerate. The check-out process was just as pleasant. Duaa, Priscilla, & Gisselle were kind, polite, & provided a sense of humor & appreciation that made me smile. Thank you to Duaa, Gisselle & Ivy
