  I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. After having a crown seated, I experienced bleeding around my teeth/gums that I did not expect and was concerned about. The treatment left me uncomfortable and frustrated, and I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed. I expected professional, careful treatment and better communication about what was happening and what I should expect after the procedure. Unfortunately, this experience left me questioning the quality of care I received. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to ask detailed questions about the procedure, potential complications, and what to do if problems occur afterward. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

  I've been a long time client of this place, so maybe management has changed because it has gone from being a 5-star place to a 1-star place. In the past, it felt like you were a valued client, and the owner would stop by and make sure all was going well. They took care of you. This last visit felt like a quick pit stop where they hoped to get you in and out quickly for another billing. My biggest complaint is that I have spent a signiicant amount of money here, from dental work to invisalign, scans, cleanings, etc. So it was extremely disappointing to learn that when my retainer broke, I was told that my scan was over a year old and they could not make a new retainer. Now mind you, I had to replace a retainer last year and that was not an issue. But now I was told I could go back through another invisalign process - which as you know costs THOUSANDS of dollars. Since I had already spent thousands here before doing invisalign, this seemed like a total ploy to get more of my money. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

  I’m new to Houston and was looking for a new dentist, and I’m so glad I found Smile Avenue in Cypress! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. GG, Mackenzie, and Andrea were all amazing and made the entire experience so easy and comfortable as well as the Dr was very professional and great! You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience at a new dentist. Highly recommend Smile Avenue!

  Fantastic place. Brought my 8 year old in for a cleaning, they did some very comprehensive x-rays and we found out we had to put a cap on one of his teeth. Came back 4 days later and Dr. Shayan and Denise made it SUPER easy. They made sure he wasn’t scared, they explained everything very clearly. Then we were gone just like that, easy peezy, in and out. Got a school note, and left to get ice cream. Lovely experience, with some lovely professional people. Cannot recommend enough.

  Unfortunately, my experience with Smile Avenue was very disappointing. I left feeling that the focus was more on money than on genuinely caring for patients and their experience. Healthcare should be about making patients feel heard, respected, and cared for not like they are simply another source of revenue. I also found Duaa’s communication to be unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I believe concerns can be addressed respectfully, regardless of the situation. I’m sharing my experience because I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and puts more emphasis on patient care, professionalism, and compassion. Would not recommend for your home dentist.
