- NBNina Bier5 days ago5.0Love cypress pure barre! It’s the one hour I get to myself. As a mom of three, that is a sacred and precious hour. That hour is amazing for my physical health and mental health. Pure barre helped me during my pregnancies and made the delivery and recovery process much easier. On top of that, it’s an amazing community with teachers, staff, and fellow customers who cheer and support one another.
