- GGGigiJun 2, 20265.0I recently took a class with Sabina at Pure Barre, and it was an outstanding experience. She created a welcoming and motivating environment from start to finish. One of the things I appreciated most was her clear, confident tone of voice. She articulated instructions well, making it easy to follow along throughout the class. Sabina was highly attentive to every participant's form and technique. She consistently monitored the room and whenever someone did not had the correct form, she went to that person and helped her. Her hands-on approach helped ensure that everyone was performing the movements safely and effectively. The music selection was excellent and set the perfect tone for the workout. The playlist was energetic without being overwhelming, and the volume was balanced perfectly so that participants could enjoy the music while still clearly hearing her instructions. There’s nothing worse than not being able to hear the instructor’s voice. I was also impressed by her professionalism and attention to studio etiquette. She gently reminded me not to walk on the carpet with my shoes when I had forgotten. :) Overall, Sabina is an exceptional instructor who combines expertise, attentiveness, and professionalism to create a positive and effective class experience. I highly recommend taking one of her classes.

The moves are very adaptable (i have a knee cyst), and the classes are challenging. It took a few classes to really get used to things - i have no other workout/yoga/anything background. The instructors are very helpful.
