  Leslie Dan is beyond amazing and why I chose to come to LensCrafters’s over any other optical store. I have come in a few times to view the eyeglass selections available as I was shopping for new frames. Every time I visited this location she was quick to greet and welcome me in, to the point she recognized me and was always very helpful. Today I visited again and bought my new frames with her, she exceeded expectations with her customer service and friendliness. Highly recommend LensCrafters’s and more so to work with Leslie.

  THANK YOU, Ms. MARVEL for the superior Customer Service I received during my recent purchase of designer glasses!! She warmly greeted me upon entry, guided me through options, thoroughly and patiently explained my insurance coverage on the frames/lenses I selected, and did all with professionalism and kindness. With her vast knowledge & expertise, she seamlessly nativigated me through the entire process & purchase during my visit. I felt she sincerely listened & understood my needs. It is because of Ms. MARVEL that LensCrafters will receive my repeat business and referrals!

  I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, and I especially want to recognize Carlos for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood all of my options without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The store had a great selection of frames, including a variety of styles, different options, and luxury brands. Carlos was extremely helpful in helping me narrow down my choices and, most importantly, made sure I got the best deal possible. What really stood out to me was how thoroughly Carlos explained the pricing. He broke down the total cost and clearly explained the difference between each lens package. He even physically showed me the differences and what each lens package offered, which made it much easier for me to understand what I was paying for and decide which option was right for me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and effort Carlos put into helping me. He made what can sometimes be an overwhelming process feel easy and comfortable. Excellent customer service, a great selection of frames, and a very positive overall experience. I highly recommend asking for Carlos if you visit LensCrafters — he definitely goes above and beyond for his customers!

  From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. Leslie was especially wonderful during my recent visit. She was helpful in selecting the right glasses, had such a positive attitude, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Her kindness and genuine willingness to help really stood out. I appreciated the excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere so much that I later returned with my husband when he was ready to get a new pair of glasses. Dina helped us during his visit, and she provided that same warm, friendly, and helpful energy. It was great to see such consistently positive customer service from the entire team. We’ll definitely continue coming back and will happily recommend this location to others!
