  That pharmacist working today is very R U D E. I had Come too pick up My Father medicine and I seen their was a long line. Theyre was One girle in Theu front with bun and she the only one in front while a older Black lady was in the Drive Throught. They were busy I assumed since they Are phone was ringing quite a bit. This damn pharmacist pick up the phone when girl with bun calle her ( The asian lady😡) THREE TIME to help her. Yet she continue pick up the phone. This is very unprofessional As I believe the Phone is not more important than the customer. THE Customeers Are Always RIGHT.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  I’ve never felt so dismissed by a healthcare professional. The pharmacist Rosemary was incredibly rude and condescending from the moment we connected over the phone. When I asked a simple question about my prescription dosage, I was met with a short, irritated response that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Instead of taking the time to explain the medication or address my concerns, she rushed through everything and acted annoyed that I even needed clarification. Before I could even finish she HUNG UP the phone! I understand people have bad days, but the call left me feeling frustrated. I hope management takes patient communication more seriously, because no one should feel talked down to when asking about their prescriptions.
