  I had an appointment scheduled today at 10:15 AM on 4/16 at your Cypress Fairfield location, and unfortunately, my experience at check-in was very disappointing. The front desk staff member was visibly unprofessional—rolling her eyes, not communicating properly, and displaying a dismissive and unwelcoming attitude throughout the interaction. When I confirmed my appointment, the tone and behavior made the situation uncomfortable enough that I chose to cancel and leave. This is not the level of service I expect from LensCrafters. I am sharing this feedback so it can be addressed appropriately, as no customer should feel unwelcome at a scheduled appointment. I would appreciate this being reviewed by store management.

  Dr. Le is always thorough and engaged. Not in a rush but willing to listen and answer questions. Great doctor, I definitely recommend !

  I want to start by saying I am very pleased with the care and knowledge Dr. Le provides. However - as I went to order my glasses online, it asked me to enter in my prescription information. At one point it asked for a PD number. As I reviewed my prescription, I realized there is no PD number on my prescription. I called the office and was told the PD is not typically measured and this is something that requires being requested. It would have been helpful to know this information at the time of my appointment. The receptionist verified my information, my address, etc. A simple "If you are considering ordering glasses online, please let us know so we can request Dr. Le to measure your PD" would have saved me a lot of frustration and hassle. Ordering glasses online is a common practice. I Dr. Le considers revising their standard operating procedures to include measuring the PD and including it on the prescription, or at the very least asking the patient if they plan to order online and providing the option for you to measure the PD. This would improve customer satisfaction and encourage us to return in the future. Again, I am very happy with the care and knowledge Dr. Le provides; however, this mishap has caused some frustration with trying to order my glasses.
