- JJW 三つJun 15, 20262.0This pharmacy sucks they don’t order medication until you run out and you end up driving to other hebs or to the a hospital pharmacy just to get things you’re prescribed. When you call they won’t tell you that the medication is on back order but will tell you a few days prior to come back in later when you find out the medication is on back order. Just total inconsistent and double bind behavior. Do not recommend this pharmacy they need new staff.
- SSSam SMay 29, 20261.0Hate to add to the pile, but the staff is incompetent. Either fill your Rx elsewhere or just have low expectations when shopping this pharmacy.
- BDB DavisFeb 19, 20261.0On a monthly recurring basis I have to call several times to see if my script is in stock. Most times they do not have it and when I do manage to catch them on a day when they have it stocked, the rep then tells me they will go ahead and process the refill. But it seems that if I do not call no action would take place to actually fill the script unless they are contacted. Also for my other prescriptions their automated system will call you several times a day to either let you know it is ready or (yet again) out of stock and they couldn't fill it. The calls were so numerous that I had to have them blocked and it seems they call for every single prescription instead of by customer profile.
