You would expect professionalism and a basic level of effort, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. Experiences like this make it feel like things are moving backward instead of forward.

My family has gone through multiple surgeries recently and received cards from the whole staff. Never seen this before. Not to mention remembering birthdays. The staff gets to know you and welcomes by name. Could go on and on, but if you don't use them now, highly recommend switching.
