  I do not recommend this Pearle Vision location based on my experience. First, the staff did not wipe down the equipment before using it, which raised concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. Dr. Patel rushed through the letter reading portion of the eye exam and did not seem to listen carefully to my responses. When asked to choose between two options, I would answer, and she would respond with comments like “about the same” or “it’s the same” and continue without taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with the decision. The exam felt rushed, and I did not feel that my answers were being properly considered. I also felt that my prescription was increased based on a recommendation when I did not feel the change was necessary. Another major concern was the additional charge for eye imaging. I never requested any imaging, nor was I clearly informed that I was agreeing to pay for it. I was told that the form I was signing was for HIPAA, and I was not given an opportunity to read it. I was then moved from one machine to the next without any verbal explanation or disclosure that I was receiving an additional service that would cost extra. I only found out afterward that I had been charged an additional fee for the imaging. I was not given a clear opportunity to make an informed decision about whether I wanted the imaging, and the results were not properly reviewed or explained to me. I believe patients should be informed of any additional services and their costs before those services are performed, not surprised with extra charges afterward. Overall, I left feeling rushed, unheard, and dissatisfied with the lack of communication and transparency throughout my visit. Patients deserve to have their concerns taken seriously, their exam results explained, and their consent obtained before being charged for additional services. Unfortunately, based on my experience with Dr. Patel and this location, I would not recommend it this place is a scam very money hungry, they try to charge you before taking the time to read over your insurance.

  The staff from the beginning to end was super AMAZING! Ms. Dawn helped out so much from when I spoke to her the day before my appointment, and when I went in the ofice. I laugh and talked with them the whole way to the end. Ms Becca was amazing as well, helping me choose the right color for my meta glasses and help with the process of my insurance.

  Janet, Becca, and Dr. Nguyen were amazing! I’ve had several of these exams performed over the years, and this one is at or near the top! The entire experience went very quickly and was pleasurable from beginning to end!

  Staff was nice. Dr Patel was awesome, explained everything carefully and very pleasant. Dawn took her time. I definitely recommend this office.
