  After a nightmare experience at another facility, I placed my brother in the care of Charlotee and Joseph and their staff. I found them conscientious, patient, caring, compassionate, extremely helpful, easy to reach, thoughtful and concerned with my brother's well-being. The nightmare was over. They were consistent in their service until the end. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner.

  C&J Caring hearts was a lifesaver for me and my friend. My friend had Alzheimer’s and was in a bad way. I didn’t want her to go into a nursing home, but didn’t think I had any options. A friend gave me the name of a group home in Katy. I called them, but they were way out of our price range. So I asked her if she could recommend anyone. The only place she would recommend was C & J. Thank God I was able to get a place there. They are the most caring people I have ever known. They communicate with you about everything. I would highly recommend this place. Thank God for people like the ones who work there and for Charlotte and Joseph

  My father suffered from dementia, and required continuous care in the last chapter of his life. We found that care from C&J Caring Hearts, a personal care home which had been recommended by Dad’s hospice service. Charlotte, an RN herself, gently and completely explained the process of her personal care home, and was always available for questions from our family. She also seamlessly interfaced with the hospice agency, and provided prompt communication with us. The caregiving staff would be better called “care-enveloping” staff as they certainly took care of my father’s needs but also helped us bring calmness to him. The final transition for my father was made as comfortable as possible, and we remain grateful for the loving care provided by Charlotte and her staff. Thank you Charlotte.

  Everyone at C&J from Charlotte and Joseph to everyone working there are so compassionate, attentive, sweet and caring. My sister was in very bad shape when she went to C&J and was on hospice. Everyone was very sweet to her and cared for her wonderfully until she passed. It was such a blessing to the entire family to know she was well taken care of at the end of her life. I am truly appreciative. Kathy H.
