  I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. A huge shoutout to Lil G, my dental assistant! She was so kind, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. She explained everything, made sure I was comfortable, and her positive personality really helped ease my nerves. Dr. Barnett was amazing as well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the care and attention he gave me. If you’re looking for a dental office with a compassionate team that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend this office. Thank you, Lil G and Dr. Barnett, for making my visit such a positive experience!

  I have never been to a dentist where the staff was so genuinely nice and helpful. Dental assistant Laura was amazing. I hate the dentist and she made it less frightening for me. Dr G was amazing. She actually took the time to really explain everything that was wrong with my teeth in a way that I could actually understand. You can tell she loves what she does. The entire staff was very personable. I’m excited to continue my dental journey with them.

  My husband and I went here, for a first dental visit in many years. When we checked them out and booked the appointment, gave them our insurance both over the phone, through the links sent to us as well as at the front desk prior to our appointments, we were told each time that they take our insurance. Once the appointments were underway, had multiple xrays done and were waiting for the Dr. to come in.. THAT is when they told us that they don't take our insurance and that we would have to pay out of pocket. We were flat out lied to by their call center, and by the front desk. They waited till we were well into the exams before giving us the 'unfortunate' news and trying to trap us into a payment plan/paying out of pocket. A gigantic waste of our time. As well as the unprofessionalism of lying about Dental coverage they accept. 0/10 Do not go here.

  This was my first visit to this dentist, and it was a great experience. Amber, the doctor and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The office was clean, organized, and professional. I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist, and I’ll be coming back for future visits.

  On June 18th, I had a tooth extraction and a deep cleaning on the right side of my mouth. I was prescribed an antibiotic and ibuprofen. Over the weekend, the pain became severe and radiated into my neck and ear. I called the office and left a voicemail, but no one returned my call, even though the office was open on Monday. I also had a scheduled post‑op appointment for Monday, which was confirmed by both the appointment card and multiple text reminders. When I arrived, I was told I did not have an appointment. Instead of helping me, the staff -- including the office manager -- treated me as if I was mistaken and made me feel dismissed and unimportant. The office manager was rude, unresponsive, and refused to listen. She quickly blamed the previous office manager, who was fired for fraud, rather than taking responsibility or addressing my concerns. I was in pain and seeking help, yet I was met with unprofessionalism and a complete lack of concern for my well‑being. Because of the poor communication, failure to return calls, mishandling of my appointment, and the disrespectful treatment I received, I no longer trust this dental office. I intend to file a report with the Texas Dental Board.
