  The staff was incredibly kind over the phone, their prices are more affordable than other medical offices, and they accept payment by phone if you can’t come in. Thank you for making everything so easy.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is no more than a rip off of the elderly and people on Medicaid and Medicare. 🛑 November 2023 I was a patient at Corpus Christi Rehabilitation Hospital. I had 2 fractured Femurs. Upon my release, they made arrangements for me to get a wheelchair. A new wheelchair was delivered to me at the facility. I was given a paper to sign that I received it. Great! I was ready to go home. In June 2024, I received a bill in the mail for a RENTAL FEE of the wheelchair. I was told that it was covered by my insurance and it was mine. 🛑 Then the phone calls began. Hateful, rude, accusatory. We moved and the woman on the phone acted like we were On the Run from Maximum Mobility! Phone calls and Text messages continue to be obnoxiously rude. Finally, a $300.00 Rental bill came... I'm pretty sure it's way more than the wheelchair is worth to begin with! One last call. A nicer lady called me and said to me " If you bring it back, we will just zero your account". Finally a resolution...NOT. 🛑My daughter drove 4 hours to meet us and we drove 3 hours, now the wheelchair is on the way back to Corpus Christi. She took the wheelchair in and was told that I still owe the $300.00 !!! They straight LIED to me! She told me that they are sending it to collections! I have NEVER BEEN treated this bad, abusive and RUDE. 🛑RIPPING OFF OLD LADIES IS NOT OK!🛑 🛑Threatening the Elderly is NOT OK! 🛑Intimidating the elderly is NOT OK! 🚫THIS business is NOT one I would recommend!

  We are blown away! My mom fell and broke 8 ribs. Christus Spohn recommended that we get a wheelchair from Maximum Mobility. Our experience was amazing. Everyone has been helpful. They even came to our home to pick it up when we no longer needed it. Thank you for reducing our stress

  Excellent services. They hhad everything ready when I got there. Took only 15 min to get my walker.

  We recently ordered a hospital bed for my husband. I asked to be called when they were on their way to deliver the bed, and they called again when they arrived and found my husband non-responsive. They then called me again after they set the bed up and my husband was still non-responsive and stayed with him until I arrived. Chris found a tubing on the oxygen concentrator was pinched and he replaced it. Chris and his co-worker went out of their way and saved my husband's life. Thank you for your awareness and concern for Maximum Mobility's client. Praise God!
