  It was 422 on Wednesday I had to pick up my granddaughter from school at 5. Heb pharmacy had called to say to pick up prescription so I got in line at the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me at the outside lane and 4 cars at window lane. At 445 I was in the same place and also several cars behind me. I'm gonna be late. Shew one car moved. I texted my granddaughter and told her I'm stuck in line but hopefully we'll move ahead and I'll still make it. At 5. FIVE OCLOCK I had 2 cars ahead and several cars behind I couldn't back up I couldn't jump the curb due to the bushes.... My granddaughter calls. " Where are you?". Omg I called my husband to hurry go get her... I'm sorry... I'm at the. Heb pharmacy and no one is working or no one showed up or noone knows what they are doing. And I'm stuck completely. At 507 the car in front of me is taken care of and I just drive right thru the line cause I have no time and chances are it will take 30 more minutes to get my script so it was A TOTAL WASTE IF TIME FOR NOTHING!!!!!!! I STILL DONT HAVE MY SCRIPT FOR BLOOD PRESSURE THAT THE PHARMACY MADE SURE THAT I HAD A SPIKE DUE TO ANGER!!!!

  Used to love this pharmacy but now that I have encountered their pharmacist Sarah I have actually switched most of my families prescriptions to another pharmacy after a very ugly and demeaning encounter with her . I just went to fill my son's antibiotic though because it is convenient and again issues and rude staff including the before mentioned pharmacist. So disappointed in the lack of care and customer service I received. HEB used to be known for good customer service and that is becoming a thing of the past !

  This has got to be the worst HEB Pharmacy on the planet!!! For them to say they are “busy” all of the time. They aren’t short staffed they are extremely non-prioritizing of patients and NOT busy. I had a prescription that I have literally been waiting on for close to 18 hours at this point. Called first thing in the morning after waiting almost 2 hours the night before and said it wouldn’t be ready until 3 hours later because they are “busy”. We never wait on prescriptions like this at any of the HEB pharmacy’s that are near us. They are 3-4X busier daily. This place needs a full retraining program. They literally do not have a clue about filling prescriptions. Every HEB around us has lines 5-10 people deep all hours they are open. This place is a complete disaster. Model and train these employees from the stores in League City, Texas and south Houston. As seen from the photo No One in line and I waited 3 hours.

  Daniela is the only pharmacist that will actually listen to you and be proactive in getting you your medication in a timely manner.
