It’s always an issue the first time I came to get my diabetic supplies and you all put different supplies in that were different from the meter you gave me and none of it was compatible. I ended up having to pay out of pocket because there’s nothing you can do about it. It’s ridiculous that y’all are too busy giggling back there to do your job now I come Saturday to get my daughter’s medication. You sent me back around four different times. Apparently you’re getting it resolved the insurance and you would update me but no one ever called update me, yet you asked ME what the insurance said? Girl idk what did they say?I just received a call that my medication was ready and then you have the nerve to ask me if I called? Why was it so hard for you to do your job? Why was it so hard for you to stop giggling with your friends and do your job? I am seriously up to here with this store. I went back a second time to get more supplies and other medication and again you missed my Medication. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for you all to fill my order. I just called today and they said y’all NEVER called 😂 what a JOKE.
