  Will definitely only be shopping at Rocks from now on. Got an email that my online order was ready for pickup. Went in and the worker couldn’t find it, tried saying I was at the wrong store, I showed him the email and he said they didn’t have my order and didn’t say anything else just stared. Had to ask if they were going to refund me or what they were going to do. He then said he would have to create a new order. Then after over 10 mins he said oh never mind I found your order it was marked as made even though it wasn’t made yet. Store needs better organization and training.

  Asked the worker the difference between two supplements and their response was” I dont know, I just work here.” So you dont know what you are selling? His response was “no”. Never going back to this one,this is the 3rd gnc that does this to us.

  Very knowledgeable staff, steered me in the right direction as far as protein I pick the whey protein suitable.
