    Lack of leadership and trained competent personnel. I called in a prescription on Thursday to be picked up on Saturday. On Saturday around 1pm I went and stood in line for about 20 minutes and there was only on person in front me at the time but the person at the counter kept taking care of other customers instead of the ones that were in line. She took care of people who approach from the other side of the aisle were people were in line. Once at the counter the person at the counter looked up my prescription and said was not ready and was turned back in. After I told her the medication I was there for she stated another medication with a totally different name. So I looked up the medication on Google to see if there was another name for it, and nope I gave her the correct info. Bottom line. I am done with HEB pharmacy. Walgreens will be my choice. Probably better trained personnel and minimum wait time.

    Maybe if you want to be in the pharmacy business you should hire more associates. 8 or 9 people in line with one person ringing is not HEB …. So I thought

    Always a long line. The receptionist told me my prescription wasn’t ready, no big deal. They said they would call me when it is done. 3 hours later and no call still.
