  5 stars! Cynthia at Stretch Zone was wonderful. She was kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session and explained everything clearly. After the session, my body felt so much better — more relaxed, loose, and refreshed. I also had a great time with Tatum and the intake portion. You can tell both Cynthia and Tatum genuinely care about their clients and their experience. Highly recommend Cynthia and this Stretch Zone if you’re looking for a great stretch session!

  Loved my sessions at Stretch Zone. Each 30 min session is as hard as you want it to be. The team is excellent and take care that you are comfortable as well as getting a good stretch. I felt very relaxed after the stretch and felt great.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stretch Zone Coppell has made a real difference for me, and my practitioner Jacqueline deserves a lot of the credit. Since working with her, my flexibility and mobility have improved noticeably — which has carried over into my golf and pickleball game. The muscle tightness and back pain I used to deal with are largely gone, and I'm recovering much faster after long two- and three-hour sessions. Jacqueline is knowledgeable, attentive, and consistently stretches me further than I'd ever push myself on my own — safely and comfortably. Every session leaves me feeling better than when I walked in. Highly recommend, especially if you're an active adult looking to move better and feel less beat up.

  "As a lady over 70, maintaining flexibility is vital to my health, independence and overall well-being. I have been coming to Stretch Zone in Coppell since early 2025 and have had a wonderful experience. My current practitioner, Jackie, is excellent; she provides a thorough, effective session while always being mindful of my limits. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, professional stretch."

  I've had multiple sessions with Jacqueline at Stretch Zone and she delivers every single time. She's consistently professional, takes the time to explain each technique so you understand exactly what's happening and why, and the results are always noticeable. I leave every session feeling looser and more mobile than when I walked in. When you find someone this good, you keep coming back — and I absolutely will. Highly recommend Jacqueline if you're looking for assisted stretching that actually makes a difference.
