  Just visited last weekend while in town to see my son. The studio was clean, beautiful and my workout was the Barre3 I’ve grown to love and need daily to keep me at my strongest. I belong to the Barre3 North Georgia location but I will always seek out the nearest location when traveling. The drop in rate was reasonable and the staff were amazing. I loved meeting the owner/trainer Kikki and Fallon was the other amazing trainer I had. I can’t wait to pop in again while visiting my son. If you are looking for a life changing workout… give Barre3 a try!

  Love the class! The team and everyone there were really nice to me during my first class. I honestly love barre3. It’s the perfect mix of strength, cardio, and mindfulness. Every class pushes me while still feeling safe and supported. I always leave feeling stronger and happier. They also have special events, which I love because it gives me the chance to connect with new people and the barre3 community. I’m really enjoying this journey! 💛

  No better place to exercise. I didn't know how weak my body was until I started classes; it's a wonder it even allowed me to stand up! Months later, I'm much stronger, with a toned body, better posture, and a better attitude. When it comes to this barre, remember: the mind quits before the body. You'll get a physical and mental workout that yields a great mood and feeling of accomplishment. Come give it a try!
