I understand heb pharmacys are probably very high volume but no one is following up on anything. a prescription should not be in limbo for 4 days simply because no one had to time to contact another pharmacy?? This is a huge red flag. Life isn't getting any cheaper and neither are people's medications. To the pharmacy management in Heb let this review be a red flag to your staff You are losing customers left and right due to the reason listed above. But im sure there will be no follow up or repercussions until the bottom dollar starts getting noticed.
