However, I had trouble finding the office and when I called for directions the receptionist couldn't offer any assistance, she didn't know what exit to look for, she didn't know the nearest cross street, she didn't recognize any of the major businesses that I was close to, and she claimed that no one else in the office could assist me because they were busy with clients. 👎 By the time I found the office, I was very frustrated 😠 😡 and unhappy to say the least. 🙏 Please put knowledgeable, courteous, people as the first person of contact, it makes for a better overall experience. Thank you.
