StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Cedar Park offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

When I returned, I realized I still had one unused session remaining on my account. When I called to schedule it, I was told the session had expired. I explained my travel circumstances to the representative, but was met with a complete lack of understanding or flexibility. Given that I was a loyal, long-term member, this lack of customer care is deeply disappointing—and frankly, now this explains the constant staff turnover at the Cedar Park location. Sad

- PPpreeti3610 PatelAug 26, 20261.0When I rushed to bring my son for his scheduled appointment, I was informed upon arrival that his session had been automatically canceled because the employee who was working with him left the job. No one from your team bothered to notify us about this schedule change. This is especially frustrating because we had clearly discussed scheduling after she leaves, so this should never have happened. We made time, arranged our schedule, and rushed to get there only to be turned away. To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund for the missed class that was canceled due to YOUR staffing issue, my request was refused. Canceling a child's session without any notification and then refusing a refund is unprofessional and shows a complete lack of consideration for your clients' time and money. Terrible customer service. I expected much better.
