For a premium brand with a premium price tag, this is very disappointing. I’ve owned non-designer glasses that never had this issue. If the branding and finish can’t last a year, it’s hard to justify the extra cost. To make matters worse, LensCrafters has not been helpful in resolving the problem. Overall, this feels like a waste of money. I would have been better off buying a standard pair of glasses for much less. If you’re considering designer eyewear, be aware that the appearance and branding may not hold up as expected.
