The reason for my visit was to get my sunglasses re-fitted, and I ended up ordering a new pair of glasses. I have terrible vision, so my lenses are thick and I am limited on which frames will support my Rx. I am a little self-conscious in glasses because I've never found a frame that I like (I normally wear contacts) but he was patient, professional and refreshingly honest about what looked good and what didn't. I am confident that once they arrive, I will finally have a pair of glasses I like! The only roadblock we hit was sunglasses; I was going to get a pair of prescription sunglasses as well (I found a frame I REALLY liked for them), but LensCrafters doesn't support my Rx in those. Absolutely not the store staff's fault, and the gentleman helping me was up-front and honest about it, which I really appreciated. Once I settled on a pair I liked, he looked at all options to get me the best price (Insurance, LensCrafters promotions, coupons, etc). 10/10 experience!
