  I really enjoyed my visit here, Dr. Lee was kind, professional, and answered all the my questions about my eyes. The front office ladies have always been helpful when I have purchased contacts or have insurance questions. I’ll be coming back here for my next one. Thanks for the seamless visit!

  My husband and I both had appointments scheduled today. Since we couldn't leave our children at home, we had to bring them with us. On top of that, I had to take time off work specifically for this visit. ​After spending a lot of time traveling here and waiting in the clinic, we were refused service unless we agreed to pay an out-of-pocket $30 fee per person for an optional retina photo. ​When we refused to pay for unnecessary add-ons and asked that our insurance coverage be honored, the front desk receptionist told us that her manager was out of the office and that "the boss instructed staff not to see anyone without paying for the photo." When we asked her to call the manager to resolve the issue, we were kept waiting, and the primary option offered to us was simply to cancel our appointments. ​No one informed us about this mandatory extra fee prior to our arrival. Forcing patients to pay out-of-pocket for unwanted add-ons as a requirement for a covered visit is unacceptable service bundling. Because of this, we wasted valuable time, took leave from work for nothing, and had to leave with our children without receiving the care we came for. ​I strongly do not recommend this clinic.

  Scheduled an appointment well in advance for a routine eye exam and glasses prescription. I have EyeMed through Aetna, and this office is listed as in-network. At check-in I was told I would be charged an additional out-of-pocket fee for retinal imaging, a service I did not request, did not need, and which my plan does not cover. When I declined, the staff refused to perform the exam at all. Not a reduced exam. Not an alternative. Nothing. I was turned away and left without the eyeglass prescription my insurance covers, after taking time off and arriving for a confirmed appointment. To be clear about what happened: a covered benefit was made conditional on the purchase of an uncovered upsell. If a patient declines the upsell, they get no service. That is not a clinical decision, that is a sales policy. I have filed a formal complaint with my vision plan regarding this practice. If you are coming here with vision coverage, understand that "in-network" at this office appears to mean you will still be asked to pay out of pocket before anyone will see you. Ask on the phone, before you book, whether they will perform your covered exam if you decline every optional add-on. One star. Zero service provided.

  Dr Kim was very thorough and professional. The technology they was was better nice and thorough as well as Dr. Kim rechecking everything that was off concern. Everything was very clean. Will definitely be making this my permanent eye care place. Very happy with all the service I received and customer care. Highly recommend!
