M.May 8, 20265.0I’m real, this is real, etc. Based at this early stage, during which my stepfather has recently entered hospice care at home with HomeWell providing 24/7 care, I’m very impressed. A rep named Kymberly over and sat down with us and opened up the claim with his LTC insurance company; all we had to do was sit and listen and verify a little bit of info. She’s a total pro. (The caregivers I have met thus far seem lovely and we will see how things go. I am completely and totally confident that it will be fine and that no matter what, they would never, ever leave him alone in the house.) Kymberly is available, responsive VERY quickly, and very caring and supportive. She also doesn’t beat around the bush, which I really like and appreciate.
