  I’m real, this is real, etc. Based at this early stage, during which my stepfather has recently entered hospice care at home with HomeWell providing 24/7 care, I’m very impressed. A rep named Kymberly Came over and sat down with us and opened up the claim with his LTC insurance company, all we had to do was sit and listen and verify a little bit of info. She’s a total pro. (The couple of caregivers I have met thus far seem lovely and we will see how things go. I am completely and totally confident that it will be fine and that no matter what, they would never, ever leave him alone in the house.) Kymberly is available, responsive VERY quickly, and very caring and supportive. She also doesn’t beat around the bush, which I really like and appreciate.

  As someone who is extremely independent, I did not know fully how much the HomeWell team was needed far more than just keeping me safe post surgery but also reducing the pain from surgery. The first day they are gone and the client is doing what they did, the pain can be intense. What was clear to me was how the team contributed to me in so many amazing ways. They cleaned after 2-1/2 months when I could not. They cooked and it was great. They were consistently there to help me get better and to follow physician instructions. I have never felt more blessed or aided. What an amazing company to find, when needed most because you hurt, you need help, and you are concerned about stages of the surgery process and how you will be. I am so grateful that my doc recommended this company.
