- JWJade WitchApr 1, 20251.0I'm profoundly disappointed in Stephanie Zimmermann, the Director of Eco-Health. Her actions regarding a former member of staff were the polar opposite of what a therapist should strive for in communication. Stephanie caused undue concern/strife to every client on a former therapist's client list when she sent out an email saying, "It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances, your or your adolescent therapist is no longer with Eco-Health".... with no elaboration. Does that sound like someone died suddenly to anyone else? The 'sincere apology for any distress' that followed rang so hollow I about choked. Stephanie's email then swiftly prepped us to be shunted off to a different therapist on staff. Stephanie doesn't seem to comprehend that she affected *every single one* of those clients, myself included. Thankfully, our therapist later reached out to us herself to assure us she wasn't dead. And I'm keeping my business with her elsewhere. I won't go into detail about sensitive information, but I cannot recommend Eco-Health to anyone else due to Stephanie's complete disregard for professionalism and the mental wellness of clients. The incident in question happened in early March and I still occasionally get furious about it enough I had to write this review.
