  I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to Paola! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and genuinely taken care of. She took her time helping me choose the perfect pair of frames and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. She explained everything clearly, from the lens options to the protection plans and made sure I fully understood what I was getting and what would work best for me. What really stood out was how professional yet genuinely kind she was the entire time. You can tell she truly cares about customer satisfaction and wants people to leave happy and confident with their purchase. She was patient, knowledgeable, and had such a positive attitude throughout the whole process. On top of that, my phone had died while I was there, and without hesitation she offered me a charger. That small gesture honestly says a lot about the level of customer service she provides. It’s rare to find employees willing to go the extra mile like that nowadays, and it made the experience even better. Because of Paola, what could’ve been just a regular shopping trip turned into a great experience. She’s an excellent salesperson and an even better people person.   Paola did such a phenomenal job. She took her time and explained to me everything in detail. I actually ordered two pair of glasses because of all her expertise!

  Bought Ray band glasses with transition lenses and paid more money of course than what I would like after 7months the glasses start to just shatter along edges on both lens keep in mind I barley wore these glasses I have 20 plus pair took it to them and if they would just work with me I would of been fine but the first word was yoj didnt have insurance its nothing I can do I really live in Mansfield im retired Navy I figured I will give these guys a try ..never again you just cost yourself I will continue to buy glasses from my Vision wear and buy from respectable people.that care about their reputation. See you when you file for bankruptcy.
