  Approximately 12/2025, three times. Professional, yet remembered me. Prompt, clean facilities. They provided comforting positions promptly.

  Had a spine MRI. The receptionist did her job, the MRI technician was awesome. I didn't catch her name, but she had blonde straight hair past her shoulders and was petite. Very nice and made me feel very comfortable.

  I took my son in for a morning MRI appointment. I walked up to the glass sliding window that was closed, the receptionist slides it open. I greet her by saying "Hello", I expected the welcome to mirror my demeanor. Boy, I was totally wrong! This lady coldly says "Name!" I can understand a bad day, but it's 9 am! The entire experience was awful. The lady doing the MRI seemed annoyed I wanted to accompany my son. I answered all her questions, agreed to remove all jewelry and then she comes back with, "If you have any hair pins, remove those also." I can adhere to the requirements, but she should have just said she didn't want anyone else to oversee her doing the procedure. She had no bedside manner at all and she asked me personal questions in the lobby. I'm sure the other patients were interested in whether I was pregnant or not. I canceled my follow up next door even though it was a polar opposite experience. Unfortunately, since these facilities are connected, I will not return to either. Do better! I'll take my business elsewhere.

  My exam was on time in fact it began a little early. I was very concerned with the MRI because I have shortness of breath. I do not recall the tech's name but I feel she could have been a little more tactful. She was giving me instructions on how to lie on the table (I had two mris) and seemed a little impatient. Then after the first one (MRI) , I needed to go to the bathroom and when I came out I asked for a little water. She said, "you didn't bring your water?" Most all of the health care workers I have encountered, could not be more accomodating and am accustomed to receiving the warm and fuzzys. But not today. I was informed if I could not tolerate their machine, they had another facility down the street. Perhaps, if I need another MRI, I will go to your other facility.

  If you ever need a refund from them, don't count on it coming anytime soon. Don't count on it coming without calling them once a week asking them where your money is. Also don't count on anyone in billing to ever be helpful until it's been months past the time you were due the refund. Prepare to give the same speech over and over while they check the notes and ask you questions that are already answered in your previous 10+ calls worth of notes. You'll be fine if you're fortunate enough to not have to deal with insurance and are paying in cash though.
