The biggest issue with this office is the front reception staff. From the moment I arrived, it was one problem after another. Even though I had sent my insurance information ahead of time—and provided it again when asked—they continued acting like they didn't have what they needed. Nearly an hour after my scheduled 11:00 a.m. appointment, they were still trying to sort out paperwork and insurance that should have been handled before I even walked through the door.
To make things even more frustrating, they insisted my insurance wasn't valid. I called my insurance company myself while sitting in the office, and they confirmed my coverage was active. Instead of resolving the issue, the front desk kept going in circles and couldn't give me any estimate of when I'd actually be seen. Every time I asked, the answer was basically, "It depends."
The communication was terrible. When the dentist came over, it was obvious the situation had been misrepresented. It sounded like I was being blamed for not providing information, even though I had already submitted everything they requested multiple times. The only thing I wanted was a realistic timeline for my appointment.
After wasting hours dealing with the front office, I finally left. I never even made it into the dental chair, so I can't speak to the dentist's work. But if the front desk is this disorganized and unprofessional, it doesn't inspire much confidence in the rest of the practice. An appointment should have an actual appointment time—not an open-ended wait with no communication.

I provided my insurance information three separate times before my appointment, yet when I arrived they were still asking me to verify whether my insurance was valid. It felt like there was a lack of organization from the start.
The front desk also seemed to struggle with basic tasks. After I gave my full Social Security number, I simply asked for an estimate of how long the appointment would take, and the only answer I got was, "It depends." I understand delays can happen, but it's a Monday and people have jobs. I can't spend my entire day sitting in a dentist's office with no idea of the timeline. A little organization and communication would go a long way.
I've never walked out of a dentist's office or a doctor's office before, but this was the first time I've ever felt the need to. The disorganization and lack of respect for my time made it clear that staying wasn't worth it.

Terrible service, appointment at 11 am and by 11:50 front office girl still asking for insurance info i gaver her a week ago, asked an eta for the actual appointment because i have a job to get back to and she said it depends, i provided insurance info multiple times, they said my insurance said i didnt have coverage called my insurance and they said i had coverage, wasted an hour sitting in their office, wasted another hour filling out paper work and wasted 30 minutes even trying to schedule and appointment. Then the dentist came over asked what was wrong receptionist said i refused to provide my socialn because i gaver her my last 4, and i said the issue is she is not giving me an eta on the actual start of the appointment. Maybe the dentist is good, but obviously terrible at managing their business, who knows, iv never walked out of a dentist office before. Insane. Call the insurance provide the info job done simple, i sent my insurance info 3 times and provided the info, i guess this could have worked if i dedicated the entire day to a dentist appointment also whats the point of an appointment if it starts at it "depends"
