- CJCasey JonesFeb 12, 20253.0I transferred a prescription here from a CVS out of Midland, Texas. It took them about 24 hours to fill after having to call back and forth between both pharmacies multiple times. CVS said that it went through the night before but HEB said they never received it. Finally that evening it went through, which happened just in time, because I had to travel back to Midland the following morning.

- CFChris FiskDec 8, 20202.0Arrived when pharmacy opened at 9:00 AM. (Website stated 8:00 AM) Drove 20 miles to the pharmacy drive thru window and inquired about RX'S sent in the a couple hours prior. I stated I was having an allergic reaction to a bee sting and needed the medicine ASAP. The pharmacist stated they just opened and she needed to stock shelves before she could fill it and it would be approximately an hour or so. Considering I could go into anaphylactic shock while waiting I wasn't too pleased on her response. The store Associate Manager was quick to expedite the process and was very apologetic.
