  Where do I begin, to put it simply if it wasn’t for Stacey’s help I wouldn’t be able to hear when the wife says dinners ready! They go above and beyond what you would ever think. 15 out of 10 I definitely will be going back for follow ups as needed! Huge shoutout to Stacey for always going the extra mile!

  On June 26, I took one of my hearing aids in to have the rechargeable battery replaced ….to the tune of $400. I was told it had to be mailed off. Okay. Here we are on July 19 and no hearing aid. I call every week and am told It has not come back. Where did they mail it to -Mars? I expected much better service than this. The previous company, New Sound treated we hearing impaired much better
