- JMJanelle MogfordAug 11, 20265.0The store is very nice and easy to get around in. But don't let Lorenzo check you out. He is rude and acts like you are bothering you. But he is a very fast checker. Anyone can have a bad day. I am going to assume that was the problem.
- TTT TAug 1, 20261.0I.would like to share my experience during my recent visit to your pharmacy. When I called the pharmacy, the woman who answered the phone was very rude. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the young man assisting me did not greet me. He simply asked for my name and date of birth, then walked away without explaining what was happening. I wasn't sure what he had said or why I was waiting. He returned about five minutes later, and I paid for my prescription. The pharmacist who came to the window afterward was a completely different experience. He asked if I had any questions, thanked me for my business, and wished me a nice day. He was friendly, professional, and personable, and I truly appreciated his excellent customer service. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated by the other staff members, I do not think I will return to this pharmacy. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect.
