  I had my hearing checked at the Burleson location. I was instantly welcomed by Shannon! She was so professional and had no problems listening to me tell her my issues. She instantly calmed my nerves and said the hearing doctor Lacee would be with me shortly. I had some water and some a candy that was sitting out. Lacee called me back within a few minutes and was also very professional and knowledgeable. She seemed to know exactly what I was trying to relate to her about what I could and couldn't hear. The rest was easy and comfortable and the whole process was flawless. I would recommend this specific location to everyone!!!! They are a fabulous team and work well together with the clients that come in! Thanks guys for seeing me!

  Lacee was awesome. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure all my questions were answered.I am loving my new pair of Phonak hearing aids. 5 stars for Lacee and Audionova. Thank you.

  I am so disappointed in this company. They set up something for the community and then did not even show. Reset the event and cancelled without even offering another date. Way to support the community of Burleson Audio Nova!

  Complete exam. Explained exam results and hearing aids suggested and why. Gave several options and no pressure. Have enjoyed hearing again.
