  The wait time to pick up your medicines is ridiculous. The line inside and outside take forever. You better not have anthing better to do that day.

  Drove up to the Pharmacy drive-in window this morning after leaving my workout and of course had to wait behind one car even at three minutes after 8 o’clock and probably waited at least 10 minutes. Finally got up there and told the lady I was there to get my prescription and after about 15 minutes, she came back and said that they did not have it that it would be Monday. I had got a text message The evening before saying that my prescription would be ready in the morning. This is not the first time this is happened and I have waited and waited and waited and will wait. No more. I have waited up to 45 minutes at the drive-in and thinking I could get him through quicker tried to come in the store Waiting nearly an hour the last time I was there this place is a joke. I don’t know that they know what they’re doing. To find another place to get my prescriptions filled. They do not deserve my business and they don’t have the staff that it takes to treat customers properly and get on in a timely manner absolutely a joke.. another thing is that they do not put on the prescription bottle what the contents is so you have to go to the Internet to get a description of what’s in the bottle to make sure it was filled properly. Just another reason not to go there not recommended sick and tired of the status quo and as a customer, I expect quick courteous service without all the excuses and all the delays and the people that act like they’re overworked and never crack a smile. There is absolutely no excuse to send a text message saying that your prescription is going to be ready in the morning and then when you show up find out that they don’t even have it in stock that is just absolutely absurd and waste my time which is important probably more so than their time but they don’t care sick and tired of crap Service. Another issue is the telephone merry go round being forced to listen through all the forced vaccines crap and having to wait even longer to talk to someone. Having to select English or Spanish is an insult!! Learn our language or get out of my country!!!

  Pharmacy staff makes you feel like a bother to them. Also much less convenient since they close started closing at 6 instead of 7. Lots of other pharmacy choices that close at 6 and probably aren’t so uncaring.
