- JCJ CJun 3, 20231.0Worst pharmacy I have been to. Waiting time is ridiculous, and the customer service is worst. The lady that answered my calls told me I had to wait 3 hours so I asked if they were able to send the prescription to another pharmacy. She said yes but that I had to call them first so I told her it was fine. When I called 3 hours later she said she canceled my medication. What??!! So I had to wait 3 more hours. I never received a call to get informed my rx was ready (like other HEB pharmacies) and when I got there she had the worst attitude. Worst HEB pharmacy!!
