  Roman was incredible and went above and beyond when my son and I were both very sick. I’m extremely grateful for how he took care of everything and took care of it quickly. This is not the closest HEB to us, but it is the only one I have ever experienced exceptional service and didn’t lack empathy

  I go and buy 3 plan b a month and I’ve been doing that since this pharmacy opened , today 3 Hispanic people were working and all wearing religious chains , and they told me a lie to my face while there was a line only one per customer, I was so beyond mad what in the hell are you saying I juts bought 3 last month , there own religious beliefs should not dictate what I can perchase from a establishment I called heb corporate to ask about that and they have never herd of a rule , I want them to be fired but that won’t happen it’s fine , we should all have are own beliefs but this is amarica there should be no discrimination, I want to warn people this farmacy is a joke

  I hate leaving bad reviews but I had the worst experience. First they had me thinking I was going crazy they wouldn't let me pick up my prescription because they said I just picked it up but they failed to see the year and a completely different doctor. So I had to do their job for them contact the other location to find out i did not pick up the prescription this last week it was last year and they had to call the pharmacy to tell them their mistake and give me my damn prescription. And then I go back and go inside and I don't even get an apology for having to do their job for them or for the inconvenience. The supervisor was very unprofessional, was just laughing when she peeked from hiding behind her computer and saw it was me again. All of the employees were just rude.
