  The doctor was very thorough and patient. It was my first hearing exam since elementary school. She explained every step of the hearing test. I highly recommend going to AudioNova to get your hearing checked.

  I am on a 45-day trial and this was my first follow-up after wearing the Phonak hearing aids. We had a short roundtrip on a plane to New Orleans and I was not pleased with the performance of my hearing aids. However, I recognized that hearing capability on any plane trip is a challenge and I had some other issues related to the fit of the aids. Ms. Cansler was very well informed about the situations I described and made some adjustments on her computer based on my feedback and then changed the domes to ones that not only fit better but suppressed much of the background noise. She administered a couple of tests with/without the aids and showed me how the aids were already having a positive impact on my hearing. In short, this was a fruitful followup and I left with a more positive feeling about continuing the trial.
