I know I had 7 prescriptions because their automated message called and told me. She argued with me when I got there and told me that there were only 6. Then all of a sudden found the other 1 and claimed she didn't have the new prescription my Dr called in and wouldn't answer me on the intercom. I had to come inside HEB and take to someone else to find out she lied AGAIN and they had the last prescription. I think she was trying to steal my muscle relaxers. Heb pharmacy has the WORST customer service! I will definitely be switching to Walmart!!

And no matter of you're in line or not they are gong to turn you away even after waiting on their slow freaking staff to get act together and move people through the line. If my insurance would pay somewhere else I'd switch in a heat beat !!! All of this staff is totally worthless!!!
