She talked fast but made everything comfortable and understandable. The class still have my muscles feeling challenged and it makes me want to come back.

The instructors that I have met, Karen, Danae and Olga have all been terrific! They modify the moves so I can get the most from each class. I leave each class feeling a little taller, straighter and stronger!
