Whether you're looking for strength, agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the yoga fit for you.
When I started at YogaSix Bee Cave, I was someone who had let movement fall away for several years and wasn't sure where to begin again. An Instagram ad caught my attention, and I decided to try a week pass. My very first class was Signature Hot with ERICA A — and honestly, I expected to feel out of place. Instead, I was warmly checked in, introduced to Erica who gave me a tour, and helped me get settled before class started. After class, Erica checked in to see how I was doing. I was struggling — it had been a long time and hot yoga was brand new to me — but her cueing made it feel accessible the whole way through. I signed up for the next day before I even left.
Over time, I noticed changes I didn't anticipate. I came back to movement, yes, but I also found myself showing up more consistently and with more intention than I ever had before. I even signed up for and have now completed a 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training led by Erica, which was something I could have never predicted for myself! The knowledge I gained during this training was invaluable.
What stands out to me most is the community. The teachers are exceptional, but the members might be my favorite part — there's always a friendly face, a word of encouragement, or just a knowing nod during the more challenging moments during class.
I'd recommend this studio to anyone even slightly curious. There truly is a class for every level, and the welcome you'll receive from day one makes it easy to come back.

This month I have taken classes with multiple instructors, Brielle, Gabby, Haley, Nancy, Laura, and Sunny. All instructors are top notch. I appreciate the care, creativity, and attention that all instructors have put into their classes. Additionally, the other clients and entire atmosphere of this studio breeds great vibes!

This establishment purports to be a yoga studio, yet it harbors aspirations to emulate a bar-like atmosphere. The experience is marred by the incessant blaring of music, specifically genres such as rap and songs like "Super Freak" by Rick James, which are demeaning to women. The underlying motive of the management appears to be solely driven by monetary gain. Consequently, I have made the decision to terminate my membership, as I find myself misaligned with the unscrupulous intentions of this vibrant yet predatory management, who refuse to release me from a two-month commitment.
In response to my expressed discomfort and physical distress caused by the music played during the classes, the owner's dismissal of my concerns as inappropriate behavior is profoundly misguided. It is bewildering that vocalizing one's pain is deemed unsuitable in this context. Additionally, the owner's failure to address my instructor's unresponsiveness to my distress further exemplifies their inappropriate conduct, especially within the cultural norms of California, which emphasize respect and empowerment for women. In light of these circumstances, I may resort to leaving a negative review on Google, which will inevitably impact the business, an outcome that seems inconsequential to the studio, considering their apparent struggle over a mere $50.
It is quite plausible that this establishment is unaccustomed to the principles of women's empowerment that are upheld here. I am confident that more individuals from California, who share my values, will participate in these classes and subsequently express similar concerns, leaving comparable reviews. I offer no apologies for prioritizing the sanctity of my body and consciously avoiding environments that resemble bars and promote sexual promiscuity through their choice of music.
Let us aspire to be the catalysts of change in this world. My ideal world is one that embraces empathy, where individuals who vocalize their pain are not disregarded, particularly when the circumstances involve music that is entirely unsuitable for a yoga studio. Songs like "Brick House," "Relax," and "Super Freak," while undoubtedly enjoyable in a bar setting, have no place in a yoga studio or within the context of modern-day women who refuse to be objectified.
I intend to express my discontent on Google once again, emphasizing how this studio deems it inappropriate for me to voice my pain when subjected to an environment reminiscent of a bar. I have practiced yoga all around the globe and never before have I encountered individuals who project such a facade of love and light. It is imperative that one steers clear of this studio and its misleading claims.
