  super nice, filled my prescription fast. my medication was not covered by insurance and they were super nice and informed me that I could likely find a coupon online to bring the price down - really appreciated that, thank you :)

  Extremely rude. I called to ask about the wait time for my son’s prescription. She quoted me a time and I politely asked if there was anything that could be done to receiver quicker if possible. Her reply was “do you have any extra employees in your pocket”? My question was genuine and polite and to be spoken to like this from the pharmacist is extremely unprofessional. I expected much better from H‑E‑B.

  Called because I needed to know why I couldn’t get my dad his pain medication for a stroke and broken collarbone he’s suffered within the past 8 months. She picks up the phone and immediately hangs up. I go to the drive through and she says something is wrong with confirmation numbers. I find this outrageous it’s been an entire day of trying to get them for my dad and he’s in constant pain and their job is give out a prescription when they’re prescribed, do your damn job don’t tell me to come back later and to call first before coming back if you’re going to answer and immediately hang up. Absolutely outrageous.
