Truly the best workout spot in Lakeway; the instructors are great, and there is such a wide range of women. Whether you are jumping back into working out postpartum, you are getting older and trying to stay active, or you are someone like me who is 21 and just wants a good workout to challenge myself, THIS is the place to be. The only things that I would say are difficult are the class times, because the earliest is 8:30; getting to work at 9 is difficult unless you want to take an evening class, but that is the only "complaint" I have.

We did our first barre class today with Coach Yi and she’s amazing!!! Was nervous about stepping outside of my comfort zone but she makes you feel so welcomed, pushes you and was so incredibly patience and kind. We will totally be back and adore Coach Yi-Ting! Highly recommend Plus, love that the studio had a toddler play zone which was perfect, clean and well maintained for my little one.
