  I was very impressed with the support and assistance from Owen and Lydia at Miracle-Ear in Bedford. Lydia is very kind and generous to offer comfort in the lobby area. Owen was thorough with the testing, review, and assistance to provide a comfortable fitting for the hearing aid setup trial. The followup from Owen to check on how the hearing aids felt, sounded, and supported the new hearing environment was appreciated. Unfortunately, without an insurance benefit, the hearing aids were going to be too costly for my budget. Owen was very understanding and supportive of my decision and kindly offered assistance for future endeavors and yearly hearing checks. I would highly recommend them for interest in testing and hearing aid support.

  We had the best experience ever with Jordan at the Bedford Miracle-Ear office. Jordan was pleasant, friendly, very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the ear/hearing works with the brain and how we are affected by loss of hearing. She is the best! I had the most thorough hearing test I have ever had followed by her complete explanation of my hearing and the test. I will definitely be visiting this office again!

  I recently had my first ever hearing screening with Jackie at the Bedford location. She is amazing! Took all the time I needed to answer my questions and educate me and my husband. She was very thorough and considerate. I have not bought my hearing aids yet but will be getting back with Jackie!
