  Had to change ONE prescription to Kroger Pharm (Bedford TX Harwood Rd) because of a Medicare issue I had several choices to pick from like CVS Walgreens etc but this Kroger is close by and I occasionally shop there anyway Now they have no drive window which is a pain but its not a deal breaker And Ive only interacted with the pharmacists twice in the past 9 months and they were great However almost every associate Ive dealt with has had near zero customer relations skills and in fact seem slightly perturbed that you are bothering them in the first place I suppose being friendly respectful and professional are against company policy? THEN theres the associate from hell that I have had to endure for my past 3 consecutive trips. As youl approach she looks at you like she's about ready to slug you if you so much as smile! Shes curt shes rude she tires to intimidate and she really doesnt seem to care whether you like her poor attitude or not Luckily today was the last refill before a Dr must send an approval Ill have that Doc move the RX to Walgreens and be rid of that perpetual discontent once and for all

  Been to many different pharmacies and the staff at this location is by far the most helpful & informative. Very pleasant!

  The pharmacy cut me off while I was trying tk and him a question. I’ve never been treated so bad by a Pharmacist in my life. It left me crying. I’m moving all prescriptions and all my family and extended family said they will follow suit. That man is a terrible terrible person. He should be fired and I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

  Both pharmacist and tech were completely rude today. Didn’t get names but they were working today.

  I usually have no problems with my Kroger Pharmacy. I’ve been using them for years. But today when I asked one of the tech’s a question on who put the halt on the cough med ordered yesterday, Rex, the pharmacist walked over and was very condescending in answering my question. I believe I’m done with this pharmacy.
