  i love the staff & the speed. it’s easy, simple, & quick! i’ve never had an issue there unlike past places i’ve been. i’ve never had to be re-poked either!

  Kristina was very rude to me when she screened me just very unprofessional.My sister is an instructor at Carter blood care and I’ve donated there plenty of times and they have always been so welcoming and respectful never have had an issue there.I made a comment about this behavior to a young supervisor and she stated that she treated me perfectly fine.Kristina walked up and smirked at me and even laughed..I just can’t figure out why such hood like behavior..I didn’t get a glimpse of a smile before this but a whole bunch of attitude and eye rolls…I’ve been here plenty of times and she’s even mentioned how tired she always is..not an excuse to be so unprofessional at a location where donating can be a sensitive thing to some people.my mother had to get her blood filtered 3 times a week due to kidney failure and she went through the pain of getting poked for 6 years..donating for me is in some way a memorial tribute to her for going through that just to watch me grow up!Her passing was very traumatic for me and I can’t even imagine someone being rude to her while she’s already in pain and sick.A phlebotomist shouldn’t be so insensitive and rude.This is unacceptable behavior and I don’t ever want to go back to such place.I would rather drive across town to never think of this day again..I’m disappointed in the company and staff because I’ve never experienced nothing like this not even at the corner store from 7eleven & that speaks volumes! I hope there’s actual actions than just a simple unserious talk with this worker..donating for me is no joke but in fact something super important to my life and honor to my mother.

  So many issues at this location. I was only able to donate once this month. The staff here is rude and won't notify you to let you know why you are deffered. I won't be back to this location.
