  Might as well go to a car dealership. They included a bunch of stuff without explaining what it was. When I had to go back and ask after looking over my receipt, I got a fast and vague explanation. Not very helpful or transparent salespeople. I only went here because I thought I could just get my frames replaced in my old glasses. They said that would just be more expensive, and now I’m not even sure if that’s true.

  First off, the selection is fantastic.So many choices so many styles. I was allowed to roam and just try on as many things as I wanted without being bothered and to kind of figure out what i might want. Then, you get a table to start going through some of the things you picked out in front of the staff. Alex and Sonny were honest about how frames looked and about which ones were a better fit and look. It's always nice to have more than one opinion! Thank you Alex! I am so glad I went to this lens crafters in beaumont. Port Arthur just doesn't have the selection.

  I went in there to find new pair of glasses and the other didn’t tell if my insurance was covered or not as I’m looking for glasses they held on to my insurance card and they never gave me an answer if my insurance cover for the glasses or not and they gave me a price of $481.32 for 2 pairs of glasses I feel like I’ve been sitting at the table, trying to talk to them and I feel like I’m just wasting my time and it was not many people in store. It was just me and they were Going through the numbers for my glasses So this whole entire time they were playing around the tablet, trying to find out how much it will be And I told them is my insurance is gonna cover, but they did About it so I just left disappointed with no new glasses in I just feel like I just wasted my time This is not worth the trip to go here if you want to get some new glasses I would never pay for a lot of money for namebrand glasses. I’m good with all reliable names besides luxury brands. I would not recommend this to anyone if you want to spend nearly about $500 and also if you have insurance they’re not gonna give you no honest answer of how much it gonna be if it’s gonna be covered or not this is not worth the trip. Your best bet is going on to eye express. That’s it.
