- NCNikki ChopaneOct 1, 20265.0I had such a wonderful experience with Sheila, the pharmacist at H-E-B Plus Pharmacy! She gave me my flu shot, and when I tell you I did not feel a thing, I mean it! She was absolutely amazing. Sheila was very gentle, professional, and reassuring, and she made me feel completely comfortable and not nervous at all. I highly recommend visiting H-E-B Plus Pharmacy for your immunizations. If you are nervous about getting shots, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you, Sheila, for making my experience so easy and painless!

- RCRhonda ClarkSep 17, 20261.0I’m very frustrated with the pharmacy! They don’t fill medication sent in by the Dr’s office. They wait for me to call & ask for the prescription to be filled. If they need a prior authorization, they don’t take the initiative to start the process unless I call & ask why it’s not been filled. The Dr has prescribed medication that is OTC, but when you inquire about that specific medication they tell you that it was not called in. I recently had hip replacement surgery and when my husband went to pick up my meds there were 2 or 3 not filled because they are OTC but my husband was told they were not called in by the Dr upon hospital discharge. There’s other pharmacies in town and we will probably move our prescriptions to another pharmacy that earns our business. Customer service is not a priority at the HEB on Dowlen Road in Beaumont, Texas.
