  Wonderful experience when getting my glasses originally. Had to get repairs but instead they ordered new pair and over 2 weeks and still no glasses. It is frustrating because I am having to wear my work glasses full time now because they can't get my glasses in. Only had the originals les than a month when the issues arose.

  I purchased a pair of glasses on February 12, 2026 and returned them on March 3, 2026. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks for my insurance to be reimbursed. I have called Eyemart several times and both times I could never get a straight answer as to why it hasn’t been taken care of. Now my insurance is having to take care of it. The young lady that helped me both times was very nice and and their prices are reasonable and that is why I gave 2 stars. I’m very disappointed and frustrated in their return policy though.

  A great experience today and got exactly what I needed. Nina was Very helpful and friendly. I had my glasses in under a hour and at a very good price.
