- PPPaigeAug 12, 20261.0I come here regularly and have never had any issues in the past. However, during my recent visit, I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff. Since Dr. Howell was out of the office, his staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was also frustrated that Dr. Howell left the country without informing his regular patients, which unfortunately seems to be a recurring issue. During my visit, Beatrice had a very nasty and disrespectful attitude toward me. I was so uncomfortable with the interaction that I recorded the rude comments that were made. I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect when I come to this office, especially as a regular patient. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the way patients are being treated.

I started going with him on 1/2/2026, I weighted 174 lbs on my first appointment and in 4 months I lost 30 pounds. He prescribed exactly want I needed to lose the weight. I’m very happy with my results. I will definitely recommend him. Thank you Dr Howell.

My only issue is I don't really understand why I have to pay the clinic for my prescription and then pay the pharmacy as well for the same prescription. I understand everyone who comes to the clinic has to do the same thing, I've just never had to do it before at any other Dr. offices.
